As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we are also working in collaboration with The Usual Place to offer job shadowing opportunities to disabled individuals at our home meets. We are providing roles for individuals with various disabilities, giving them the chance to engage in new and different activities. These opportunities, ideally lasting between half a day and two days, include a range of responsibilities such as timekeeping, presenting awards, and meeting and greeting our spectators. We are proud to be Disability Confident registered, ensuring we create a supportive and accessible environment for all.
